Important Claims Payment Information

Who is My Claims Company?

WebTPA is responsible for processing your claims. Their dedicated claims analysts and customer service representatives can address any questions you have on an outstanding claim or on how a claim has been paid.

Important Health Insurance ID Card Instructions

To access your Account and print your ID Card on the WebTPA Website:

Go to www.WebTPA.com and click on the green "Login" button on the top right of the screen. Select "Member Login" from the three choice

1. On the Online Member Portal Page, click "Register Now." Read the License Agreement and click "Agree."

2. In the box under "Subscriber SSN or Member ID," enter your TSU Student ID number

3. Under the "Subscriber Home Zip Code" enter the Zip code for your local U.S. address.

4. In the box "Subscriber Date of Birth," enter your date of birth using the format MM/DD/YYYY.

5. Click "Next," then follow the prompts to create a username and password (password must be at least 8 alphanumeric characters) and enter three security questions and answers.

6. Confirm your information. You may then log in to the site with the username and password you just created. From the Home page, click the link, "Print or Request an ID Card."

Register for Online Claims Look-Up at www.WebTPA.com

Providers will bill the claims company directly. In the event you paid for services and need to be reimbursed, mail the original invoice (keep a copy), proof of payment, and a copy of your insurance ID card to WebTPA. Medical claim forms are not required. Please retain a copy of all mailed documentation for your records. Approximately 30 business days are required to process a reimbursement for a medical claim.
