Concordia College of New York Student Health Center

The Student Health Center, located on the top floor of Schoenfeld Hall (above the Brickyard Cafe), offers complete primary health care services including laboratory services. It is staffed by a Registered Nurse and a Nurse Practitioner who is authorized and licensed to make medical diagnoses, prescribe medications, and perform physical exams for both women and men. The Health Center is overseen by a collaborating physician who is available for consultations and referrals.

Students are NOT fully registered until the college receives a completed medical form and required immunization records. The physical exam is a one-time requirement of all full-time students except intercollegiate student-athletes. Athletes must have a physical every year prior to their participation in intercollegiate practice or competition.
