UWF Student Health Center
Student Health Services will provide high quality primary health care, education, and prevention services to a culturally diverse student population while taking the opportunity to educate and motivate students to become full participants in their own health while supporting the University's commitment to promote academic success and personal development.
All currently enrolled students are eligible for Student Health Services whether they live on or off campus or take classes at the Ft. Walton Beach or Emerald Coast campuses.
Students are seen by appointment only. Same day appointments are available but call early as they fill up fast. Students should arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to fill out required paperwork and be prepared to provide their student ID# which will be used to verify identity and enrollment status.
Appointments can be made by calling Student Health Services at (850) 474-2172, option 1. It is recommended that students call as early in the day as possible. Students may also make appointments in person, Student Health Services is in Building 63, next to Pace Hall and behind the Natural Sciences Building.
