PLEASE NOTE: Postdoctoral Trainees do NOT need to be enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan in order to purchase this Voluntary Dental Plan

Gallagher Student is pleased to offer Vanderbilt Postdoctoral Trainee Program participants and dependents a Voluntary Dental Plan through our partner, Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. There are two plans for you to choose from:

Choose-Your-Own Dentist: This option, also known as an Indemnity Plan, allows you to choose your own dentist

OR

Ameritas Classic Network (PPO): Ameritas is one of the largest nationwide networks and participants can choose a dentist from over 428,000 access points and 111,500 providers. Ameritas Classic Network Provider Search

To view the Plan Summary, Rates, and Enroll; click on the "Enroll" button below and choose your school from the dropdown menu. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your policy and ID card upon enrollment. Coverage is effective the 1st day of the following month after enrolling and payment is required on the 20th of each month to maintain coverage.
