As a participant in this program, you will have access to travel assistance services provided by On Call International while on a school related trip or assignment. Services range from telephone advice, to referrals to vetted providers, to full-scale evacuations.

All the coordination with internationally based Response Centers is done for you behind the scenes so you don’t have to worry about unfamiliar cultures and customs. #

On Call operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from its Global Response Center in Salem, New Hampshire. On Call is a core partner in a network of 56 assistance providers based worldwide; however, you will only need to communicate with the United States based Global Response Center. All coordination with internationally based Response Centers is done for you behind the scenes so you don’t have to worry about unfamiliar cultures and customs.

In the event of an emergency, you can contact On Call's 24-hour Global Response Center using the phone number on your membership ID Card to get immediate advice and assistance. On Call accepts all collect calls. One phone call connects you with a team of multilingual specialists for immediate help in an emergency, no matter how large or small.

On Call's 24-hour Global Assistance Program includes the following assistance services:
