Johns Hopkins University offers two dental plans through United Concordia Dental - the PPO Concordia Access Plan, and the DHMO Concordia Plus Plan.
You have the option of purchasing dental insurance, including coverage for individual (yourself), spouse, child(ren) and family. Once enrolled, Students cannot terminate their dental coverage and receive a refund.
For new MPH students, coverage begins July 1, 2022. The deadline for enrollment is July 31, 2022.
For all other students, coverage begins September 1, 2022. The deadline for enrollment is September 30, 2022.

Students electing to enroll in the DHMO Concordia Plus Plan will need to select a Primary Dental Office at enrollment. If a Primary Dental Office is not selected, one will be assigned to you. To locate a Primary Dental Office, go to www.UnitedConcordia.com, click on 'Find a Dentist' and select 'DHMO Concordia Plus General Dentist', or call 1-866-357-3304.
