Your username is your short format MCAD email address (e.g. jsmith@mcad.edu)

First Time Users: Your temporary password begins with '00' followed by your 7-digit Student ID # for a total of 9 numeric digits (i.e. 001234567). Upon first logging in, you will be asked to reset your password. Instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your MCAD email address. Once reset, you will be able to log in with your new password.

Returning Users: You were required to change your password when you initially logged in. If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot Password" link and enter your username (email address). Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your MCAD email address.
