Attention Fall Students: The deadline to submit the 2020-2021 Mitchell College Annual Waiver or Enrollment Form is September 15, 2020.
This site has been designed especially for new and returning Mitchell College and Thames' students in order to manage your health insurance. Full-time students are required to carry health insurance and inform the Finance Office, by completing an online Decision form, and showing proof of your current Insurance Company coverage. Students without health insurance will be automatically enrolled in the College Student Health Insurance Plan in order to attend classes.

You can click on the 'Find a Doctor' link to look for participating providers. In addition, the site has more information to help you learn about further enhancements to your plan and/or additional products that are available to you. You can email Gallagher Student or click on the "Live Help" icon to get answers to any questions you may have on the coverage available to you.
If you are ready to complete your insurance decision form, please click on "Student Enroll/Waive" and follow the prompts. You will need to create an account with your Student ID Number in order to complete the online decision form.
If you already have the Student Health Insurance Plan coverage through Mitchell College, please click on "Account Home" to authorize your account and view your personal and dependent coverage information, edit your primary address, or generate an ID card.
